HOW TO ORDER

ORDER ONLINE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products and click the “Add to Cart” button on any items that you wish to purchase. These will then be added to your shopping basket. If you wish to continue shopping click the “Continue Shopping” button which will take you back to our website. If you have completed your purchase(s) proceed to “checkout” which will take you to a secure server where you will be able to enter your credit/debit card details safely and securely. You will also be asked to enter your delivery details. You must provide your correct e-mail address to allow confirmation of your order to be sent to you by e-mail.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please click here to print out an Order Form. Just print out the form, complete your order including delivery details and your telephone number. Please make cheques payable to Timeless Elegance and post to 4 Peel Road, Springfield, Chelmsford, Essex. CM2 6AQ

Goods are not despatched until cheque payments have been cleared. Please allow 7-10 working days upon receipt for your cheque to clear through the banking system

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

We offer you the option of paying by the world’s best known payment provider PayPal or securely by Debit/Credit Card.

We accept orders and payment by Debit/Credit card over the phone on 01245 606152 - We accept most Debit/Credit Cards with the exception of American Express.

We process all online orders through PayPal - You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use this service. PayPal accepts most debit/credit cards. If you choose to pay by PayPal rest assured it is completely safe and secure and is used by over 100 million people worldwide.

We DO NOT capture or save your Debit/Credit Card details - they are used solely to authorise payment by your Bank at the point of transaction only.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

Items over 2 Kg by courier from £5.99

We do try to combine postage charges for multiple item purchases wherever possible.

NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

We are now able to deliver to Northern Ireland - the following charges apply:-

Small items under 2Kg by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at cost.

Items over 2 Kg by courier from £14.99

We do try to combine postage costs for multiple items wherever possible.

DELIVERY TIMES

Monday to Friday during business hours only. We aim to despatch within 14 days subject to availability of stock. Items in stock will be despatched much sooner. If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will give you an expected delivery date at which time you will be given the option to keep your item on back order or to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. All dates and times quoted are estimated and may be subject to change. Timeless Elegance does not guarantee product availability beyond our current stock holdings.

Please ensure that there is someone available to receive your goods at your stated delivery address as we require a signature upon delivery.

If you will not be home during normal business hours, you may wish to give us an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. Please ensure that as well as your signature you write UNCHECKED on the delivery note or check it and then sign for it.

If your parcel is visibly damaged then please sign for as DAMAGED and inform us immediately.

Damages/faulty goods or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to Timeless Elegance within 12 hours of receipt.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We do hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased you can return your purchase(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the product(s) are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. We cannot offer refunds or exchange on any opened perfumery or bath products due to hygiene reasons (your statutory rights are not affected). A refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned goods, having found them in perfect condition, we will refund within 30 days - any refund given will be made to the original card that payment was made by. If, however, the goods have been damaged by your carrier, it will be your responsibility to claim from the carriers insurance and no refund will be issued by Timeless Elegance.

Should you wish to return your purchase(s) please notify us in writing before doing so. When returning an item we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and compensation should the item be lost or damaged in transit on its return journey to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods/items that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us. We regret that postage costs incurred will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information that we hold will be used solely by Timeless Elegance for shipping and marketing purposes. We will not share this information with any other business, entity or person. We will hold your personal information in a safe,confidential and secure environment

Data collected by this website is used to:

a) Take and fulfil customer orders

b) Administer and enhance the site and service

c) Only disclose Information to third parties for shipping and marketing purposes.

FORCE MAJEURE

Timeless Elegance reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the contract (without liability to the customer) if it is prevented or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Timeless Elegance.
